Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and rotating product.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Assist with store events and promotions, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a retail store environment, which may include exposure to outside weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $19.66 per hour, with opportunities for overtime compensation. This part-time position is ineligible for benefits.
