Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Team Management: Train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Merchandising: Implement merchandising guidelines, including visual displays, product placement, and promotional activities.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention techniques, including monitoring sales floor activity, investigating incidents, and taking corrective action.
  • Cash Management: Ensure all cash management duties are followed, including handling cash, operating the point-of-sale system, and reconciling cash discrepancies.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, safe, and secure manner, including maintaining the sales floor, stockroom, and back office areas.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or formal education preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to run a cash register, commitment to a flexible schedule, ability to communicate clearly, time management skills, math competency, and basic computer skills.
