About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at US Foods. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle count processes.
  • Assist with price changes and other sales floor duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using general office equipment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and may be subject to inclement weather conditions.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $19.66 per hour, with opportunities for overtime compensation. This part-time position is ineligible for benefits.
