  • Maintain stockroom organization and standards to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on exceptional customer service, urgency, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a dynamic retail environment is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits: The hourly pay range for this position is $21.28-$25.28. Full-time associates are entitled to paid sick leave, bereavement leave, vacation days, and holidays. Additionally, comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, are available for full-time employees and their families.
