About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to enterprise healthcare clients. Your ability to close deals and support our sales team's growth will be crucial to our scaling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for new and existing enterprise healthcare clients.
  • Develop strategies to reach and engage finance executives, operations leaders, and workforce performance improvement teams within healthcare organizations.
  • Own a quota for new business and expansion revenue.
  • Build, maintain, and manage an accurate sales pipeline and ensure our sales CRM is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with the financial, operational, and performance goals of your clients.
  • Present product demos and effectively pitch the value of our SaaS solution to senior-level stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, with at least 3 years focused on the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals, including selling to finance executives, operations executives, and workforce performance improvement teams.
  • Deep understanding of the financial, operational, and workforce challenges faced by healthcare organizations, and how SaaS solutions can address those challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting and managing a distributed sales team.
