About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Valet Living. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a transactional B2B sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary: $69,000 - $72,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO policy.
