Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a protected territory.
  • Building strong relationships with potential and existing customers through face-to-face interactions.
  • Managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quota of 6 rental dish machines with companion products each period.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required for frequent travel to customer sites.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
