We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Technology to join a pioneering international cryptocurrency firm making its debut in the U.S. market.
We seek a visionary technology leader who will be responsible for assembling and overseeing a talented team of Front-End and Back-End Developers based in the U.S. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.
This position will begin as a Hybrid role for the initial month, transitioning to a fully Onsite engagement thereafter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Front-End and Back-End Developers.
- Collaborate with the overseas technology team.
- Guide Software Engineers throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
- Spearhead the development of the company’s product platform.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable code adhering to industry best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in a variety of technologies including PHP Laravel Framework, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Git, Ajax, Angular, Vue, React, Svelte, and JSON.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a prerequisite.
- Proven experience in Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0, or NFT sectors is required.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and managing software engineering teams.
- A strong commitment to driving business growth.
- Excellent communication abilities.
