Job Summary

Hotel 505 Albuquerque is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  2. Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  5. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates, and provide regular reports to management.
