Head of Sales Opportunity

Viridian Staffing's client is seeking an experienced sales leader to join their team as Head of Sales in the New Mexico market. This role will involve leading a team of sales account executives and driving revenue growth for a fast-paced cannabis company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strong relationships with customers. They will also have a deep understanding of the cannabis industry and be able to navigate the complex regulatory environment in New Mexico.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of sales account executives to achieve revenue targets
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Managing sales operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements for the role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in the cannabis industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment in New Mexico
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
