Job Summary

Hotel 505 Albuquerque is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
