Account Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Resolution Specialist to join our team As an Account Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex account-related issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness in account records, and developing strategies to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex account-related issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.
• Conduct thorough investigations into account discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve account accuracy and completeness, resulting in improved client satisfaction and reduced risk exposure.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location.
