About the Role

Creative Office Pavilion LLC seeks a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within assigned accounts and developing strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional sales skills and techniques to maximize revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen customer relationships and increase market share within assigned accounts.
  • Leverage professional networks to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project proposal teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals and quotes.
  • Manage and analyze data to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless collaboration and maximum results.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • 2-5 years of work experience, with industry experience highly valued.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
