Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Window World. This is a full-time position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience with QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system
  • Coordinate scheduling and permitting tasks
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
