Job Description
The Front Desk Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. This includes managing guest check-in and check-out processes, handling guest issues, and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll also be responsible for training new associates and running the desk in the Assistant Manager's absence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention
- Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Train new associates on front office procedures and policies
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of guest check-ins and check-outs
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of room inventory and revenue reports
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a front office or hospitality management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
