Job Overview

Springwell is looking for a Part-Time Meal Program Coordinator to manage the logistics and coordination of meal distribution for seniors. This role involves overseeing the meal delivery process, which includes receiving shipments, assisting volunteers, and preparing meals for delivery.

POSITION DETAILS:

If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the community, this role is for you. You will be compensated at a rate of $18.00 per hour for a 20-hour work week.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This position includes a comprehensive benefits package, which encompasses paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation time.

Additionally, mileage will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.67 per mile for travel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors.
  • Prior experience with elderly individuals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology (such as iPads and iPhones) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the local area is advantageous.
