Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Earl Enterprises. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience and that our business is profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations:
    • Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
    • Ensure that all restaurant staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that the restaurant is profitable.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Ensure that all guests have an exceptional dining experience, including prompt and friendly service, high-quality food, and a clean and welcoming environment.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
    • Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our guests.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Marketing and Sales:
    • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor and control restaurant finances, including cash handling, inventory management, and payroll.
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
    • Proven track record of success in restaurant operations, guest experience, and team management.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
