KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in our operational success. You will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, stepping in as the leader in the absence of the restaurant manager to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with the head chef to maintain kitchen standards and procedures
  • Managing shifts and preparing schedules for front-of-house staff
  • Planning and monitoring staffing levels to optimize performance
  • Preparing reports to adhere to budgetary constraints

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
  • Experience in a Filipino dining establishment is advantageous
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
