  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes excellent guest service and employee satisfaction.
    • Manage team member relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through effective training and coaching of restaurant staff.
    • Monitor and address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, team leadership, and guest experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical, Cognitive, Social, and Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Good vision, hearing, and speech, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 + Bonus
