  • Team Development: The Restaurant Floor Manager trains, evaluates, and develops Front of House staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Management: The Restaurant Floor Manager is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and managing new staff. This includes participating in personnel decisions regarding the restaurant team, including promotions and terminations.
  • Administrative Duties: The Restaurant Floor Manager performs administrative duties, including payroll, inventory, and cash handling. They also communicate company changes and focus to the team.
