We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in enterprise financial systems, particularly with platforms such as NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and integration of financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite and PeopleSoft.
  • Develop and sustain automation workflows utilizing UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Ensure effective integration between financial systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance for financial systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-related challenges promptly.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities within financial operations.
  • Design and execute automation solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Ensure precise and secure data management within financial systems.
  • Generate and maintain financial reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Leverage financial data to deliver insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance of financial systems with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Implement and uphold security measures to safeguard financial data.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an ERP environment, specifically with PeopleSoft, in a business analyst capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing NetSuite and PeopleSoft.
  • Strong skills in developing automation workflows with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and data management principles.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Certification in NetSuite, PeopleSoft, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
  • Experience with additional financial systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience leading or participating in all phases of a full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience drafting specifications for reports or custom program design.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between end-users and technical resources.
  • Extensive knowledge of the PeopleSoft environment.
  • Thorough understanding of relational databases.
  • Strong background in accounting or finance.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills for effective communication across the organization.
