As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data to support Accounting, including analytics, financial reporting, and system processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business planning
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Systems teams to ensure system integrity and work plans
  • Provide education to end-users in finance and related departments
  • Design, implement, and document enhancements to financial systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 5 years of related experience required
  • SQL Certification preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Creative analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Program Management concepts, cost accounting principles, feasibility analysis, pro forma preparation, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of hospital systems (billing, general ledger, payroll, admitting, medical records, clinical operations, and other subsidiary systems)
  • Strong computer background

Working Conditions:

This role is conducted in an office environment with many deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and follow established procedures.
