  11. Create and utilize standardized templates for precise documentation.
  12. Translate user requirements into functional specifications that are clear for the development team.
  13. Where applicable, develop prototypes based on user specifications.
  14. Generate process models, specifications, and diagrams to guide the development team.
  15. Conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure accurate interpretation.
  16. Assist in translating user needs into actionable options for stakeholders.
  17. Monitor and manage the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  18. Communicate any changes or updates to business requirements to relevant parties.
  19. Perform coding tasks as necessary to simulate data systems and extract information.

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with project management and data engineering teams to maintain comprehensive strategy and analysis documentation. This includes requirements management plans, business requirements documents, and user documentation. All documentation will undergo review and approval by the relevant agency.

The Analyst will provide regular updates on any factors affecting business processes and objectives as required.
