Position Summary:
The Senior Epic Analyst II plays a crucial role in the configuration, management, and support of clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary analyst for Epic maintenance, configuration, and build processes.
2. Manage client support tickets and requests, ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.
3. Lead application build efforts for Epic upgrades and oversee Nova Note Review and Build.
4. Develop and implement testing protocols while supporting go-live activities in a command center environment.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement proactively, mentor junior analysts, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and peers.
