We are seeking a Heavy Machinery Account Manager to join our team at Monroe Tractor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Successful candidates will have prior experience in heavy agriculture equipment and/or construction equipment sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • They will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal staff to achieve individual and branch goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Dedicatedly manage and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Benefits:

  • A competitive compensation package, including a base annual salary of $50,000 - $65,000, plus uncapped commission.
