Position Summary

ARC3 GASES Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Sales Account Executive. The ideal individual for this role will contribute to the growth of ARC3's profitable sales by providing technical knowledge, support, and service to both existing and prospective clients, as well as to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases alongside welding materials and associated equipment to walk-in clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service promptly by managing phone inquiries, addressing customer concerns, processing necessary purchase documentation, retrieving inventory, and assisting in loading customer vehicles.
  • Guide clients on the equipment and materials required and the procedures to follow for their intended tasks.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of welding products and self-management abilities to ensure superior customer service.
  • Anticipate client needs and expectations (e.g., product orders, potential sales, service challenges, technical support requirements) and communicate that essential information to relevant ARC3 personnel.
  • Alert the purchasing department regarding any product shortages or outages.
  • Act with integrity and urgency, demonstrating reliability and persistence while fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to clients when the primary driver is unavailable or business needs require it.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Support fellow team members by preparing orders and procuring supplies as necessary.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by ARC3 GASES Inc.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs of merchandise as required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must hold a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement.
  • Must have computer skills or familiarity with a computer order entry system.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Welding or technical education is preferred.
