Restaurant Operations Executive
About the Role:
The Restaurant Operations Executive will oversee the entire operation of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of the business. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation, and driving sales growth through effective marketing and customer service strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Oversee the entire operation of the restaurant, including staff management, training, and development.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and retention.
- Operations and Logistics:
- Ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.

Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
