Job Summary

At In Charge Electric, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all schedule and pricing requests from our builder customers, ensuring that work ticket scheduling and close out processes are executed daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Request Processing: Process work requests from home builders and homeowners through various channels, including scheduling websites, emails, and phone calls.
  • Work Ticket Management: Update work ticket statuses promptly and provide accurate documentation to accounting for billable work.
  • Routing and Coordination: Efficiently route non-schedule related inquiries to the appropriate person or department and coordinate with Branch Office Managers to ensure the next day's work list and documentation is accurate and in order.
  • Project Record Updates: Update project records in our scheduling software when project documents or purchase orders are submitted.
  • Calendar Management: Add appointments to Google Calendar and upload into NetSuite.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Service Dispatch role.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual a major plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent, friendly, and effective communication skills.
  • Administrative Knowledge: Basic administrative knowledge.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized with high attention to detail.
  • Punctuality: Punctual.
  • Priority Management: Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume company environment.
  • Typing Speed: Must be able to type 40 WPM.
  • Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen.
