Role Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and Innovation, the Technology Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the relationship between Data & Technology (D&T) and its clientele.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate robust relationships, support the technology business partner function, and ensure that technology aligns with business goals.

This position is pivotal in driving strategic alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives, supporting the development of the technology strategy, and fostering a culture of innovation at the cutting edge of technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and challenges, propose technological solutions to enhance their operations, and assist the Customer Success team in pinpointing areas for improved engagement.
  • Relationship Management:
    Develop and sustain strong partnerships with business teams and stakeholders, championing the adoption of core technology initiatives.
  • Leadership:
    Manage a team of Customer Success Analysts to ensure they deliver value effectively, fostering a high-performing team aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Innovation and Strategy:
    Support the creation and execution of innovative initiatives in collaboration with the broader team, focusing on customer needs and staying abreast of emerging technology trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology-driven roles is essential, with a strong focus on customer experience and technology business partnering.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions, coupled with familiarity in enterprise architecture and IT governance frameworks, is crucial. Strong leadership skills, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex scenarios are required.
