Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who holds an active RBT certification.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with young children impacted by autism.

  • This is a permanent part-time role that allows you to make a meaningful difference in a child's life.
  • Your work will primarily take place in the child's home, focusing on teaching essential skills such as communication, sharing, and play.
  • You will engage children through enjoyable, play-based learning activities.
  • We provide comprehensive training to ensure our staff feel confident in their ability to support children with autism.
  • Physical Requirements: You may need to lift or move up to 50 lbs and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Certifications: Must possess an active RBT certification.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Auto Insurance: Must be listed as an insured driver.
  • Access to a web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
  • Availability: Consistent availability Monday through Friday for a minimum of 6 months.
  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.

Compensation:

We believe in offering fair and competitive compensation. Our benefits extend beyond your hourly wage to support your well-being and enable you to perform at your best.

  • Starting pay at $23 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field.
  • Compensation for travel time between sessions.
