About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at Frontier Management (OR). As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our programs and providing exceptional care to children with Autism.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of Behavior Technicians, providing case-specific training and supervision to ensure high-quality care.
  • Implement program curricula and manage data to track client progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve client goals.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
