Job Overview

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a contract-based Behavioral Specialist. This position will involve working directly with younger students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students with mild to moderate behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless implementation of behavioral support strategies.
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Certification in ABA.
  • Massachusetts BCBA license.
  • Ability and willingness to commute to on-site position at a school.
