Job Overview

The MAX Challenge is seeking a highly motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver exceptional service to our loyal members.

This role requires a strong passion for fitness and a commitment to building professional relationships both within and outside the center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Monitor and track daily membership attendance
  • Engage in sales calls to prospective members
  • Develop and implement grassroots marketing strategies to attract new leads
  • Follow up with prospect leads through personalized communication
  • Manage leads within our customer relationship management system
  • Interact with members through various channels to build a strong community
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content
  • Perform light administrative and cleaning duties
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure member satisfaction
