Job Summary

Voa-Gny is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the operation of the program during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures, and providing emergency assistance to residents as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure proper documentation of front desk activities
  • Provide emergency assistance to residents and supervise incident management system
  • Monitor building safety and conduct rounds as assigned
  • Perform related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED plus one year relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Certifications in security, CPR/First Aid, and Fire Safety (F-80), etc., also required
