  • Manage subcontractor operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.

  • Oversee project invoicing, scheduling, and final documentation.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Project Management within engineering, BMS/BAS, HVAC, construction, or critical facilities operations.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend MEP drawings, electrical, network, and control wiring schematics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical writing abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and collaborative.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships and successfully deliver projects.
  • Understanding of strategic planning, resource management, and leadership strategies.
