About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team at Bowen Engineering. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in managing construction processes and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage construction processes, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to develop and execute project plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Streamline purchasing processes and coordinate submittals to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Identify and address potential issues proactively, ensuring project success and minimizing risks.
  • Participate in project status meetings and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to site safety audits and uphold safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Assist in project close-out activities and estimate project divisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of construction experience, with a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including project management software and construction estimating tools.
  • A strong understanding of cost analysis principles and the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
