Business Development Director

We're seeking a seasoned HVAC Operations Lead to drive growth, oversee operations, and develop a high-performing team in the HVAC industry.
This role requires a strong leader to manage budgets, implement strategies for customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Mechanical Services, HVAC, and/or facilities management, as well as 2 years of documentable sales experience.
A competitive salary ($85,000 - $110,000 per year) and comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities, are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage P&L, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor employees while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Customer Relations: Drive customer engagement, improve satisfaction, and instill a sales-focused mindset.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial reports.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop marketing plans, explore new business opportunities, and build partnerships.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain licensing and permitting compliance while upholding safety standards.
