Business Development Representative

Coverall North America is a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, and we're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
This role offers a competitive base salary, monthly commission, and bonus potential. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays and vacation, matching 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Qualifying leads and developing customer relationships.
- Implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing business deals.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Prior experience working with CRM software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective time-management skills.
