Business Development Specialist

Moxie Management, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and marketing efforts.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
About the Role:
This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to develop their skills in sales, marketing, and leadership. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day direct sales, marketing, and campaign management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that maximize performance and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns that drive results
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak English fluently and idiomatically
• Internship experience in sales, marketing, and account management
