Right Executive Search, LLC is a woman-owned, boutique executive search firm that specializes in placing professionals in the financial services, fintech, and professional services industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team and drive sales growth and revenue expansion through innovative marketing solutions and professional services.

About the Job
This is an individual contributor role, responsible for the full sales cycle. The company is an expert designing solutions for its clients that help them attract, engage and retain employees, run effective sales contests and incentives, build dynamic customer loyalty programs, and create effective corporate events delivering real results.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
- A clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions and professional business services.
- A quota track record - demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $135,000 plus commission, as well as benefits such as car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and expense account for client entertainment.
