Overview:

Experienced IT Support Specialist with exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Detail-oriented individual capable of leading the development of, or adhering to established protocols and procedures, to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Act as a key contributor and/or leader in various projects:

  • Lifecycle PC Imaging - including reviewing and/or creating procedures, as well as executing documented processes. Maintain and update all inventory records.
  • Prepare for the upcoming relocation of departments to a newly renovated facility, ensuring all technology aspects are ready for employee occupancy.
  • Assist or lead the disposal of outdated technology assets.
  • Oversee the replacement of obsolete VoIP (cellular) devices.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and manage ticketing (create tickets, reset passwords, provide information, achieve first call resolution or appropriate escalation).
3. Monitor Service Desk and Network Operations Center Alerting Inboxes in real-time (create tickets as necessary).
4. Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices.
5.

Complete daily tasks (documented) for customer-impacting issues (e.g., addressing hard disk space concerns on virtual environment computers and shared systems).


Qualifications and Experience Required:

Essential:
Ability to self-manage and lead initiatives with minimal guidance.
Experience in building out (imaging) and deploying desktops from start to finish, with a background in a Service Desk environment to address and resolve end-user software and hardware challenges.
Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows networking in a complex, fast-paced multi-user setting.
Must possess strong customer service, communication, and writing skills. Must be responsible, organized, and able to self-direct with minimal oversight. Proficiency in following written instructions (and completing checklists, updating electronic records, work order tickets, etc.).

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
