Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valve Services Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and technical support to our customers, driving business growth and expanding our valve services offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our valve services portfolio.
    • Provide exceptional sales and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points, using this insight to drive business growth.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to provide expert technical support to customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise messaging and a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, develop new products and services, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strong technical knowledge of valve services, including control valves, isolation valves, safety valves, and actuation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Working Conditions

This role requires regular travel, including overnight trips, and may involve driving several hours per day. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. The position also requires occasional lifting of equipment and standing for long periods.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $91,000-118,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you will be eligible for incentive compensation, including quarterly sales bonuses and an annual profit share award.

Language

This role requires fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
