Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to efficiently and accurately assemble components and materials in accordance with detailed plans and specifications, while collaborating with team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate various non-specialized shop equipment and utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in carpentry, material handling, and mechanical assembly.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment through diligent housekeeping practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing or carpentry is preferred.
- Experience in metal building and construction installation is advantageous.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment as required for job tasks.
