Position Overview
The Automotive Repair Specialist is tasked with performing non-technical automotive service repairs while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves executing all tire and wheel-related services, conducting oil changes, and performing vehicle inspections. Additionally, the Automotive Repair Specialist is responsible for maintaining a tidy environment in the service area, showroom, exterior premises, and tire and parts storage zones.

Key Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficient in using automotive tools such as impact guns, standard/metric wrenches and sockets, screwdrivers, and oil filter tools.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 60 pounds, and push/pull up to 60 pounds for up to 2/3 of the workday.
- Ability to lift/carry over 60 pounds and push/pull over 60 pounds for up to 1/3 of the workday.
Preferred Experience
- Completion of automotive courses in high school or vocational training.
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include UTI, NASCAR, or ASE certification.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour
