We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Recruiter/HR Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert consultation to our clients, including general HR, compliance, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

About the Role

This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their specific HR needs and developing creative strategies to meet them. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert consultation on general HR, compliance, recruitment, and talent acquisition
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies tailored to meet client needs
  • Assisting in policy development, employee relations, performance management, compliance/auditing, and job description development
  • Sourcing talent across various verticals and industries
  • Engaging in direct and indirect recruiting efforts, including identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates to clients
  • Leveraging social networking sites and networking strategies to identify top talent
  • Utilizing talent scouting techniques to source passive candidates
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from posting open positions to extending and negotiating offers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in high-volume recruiting
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent consultative and strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interview skills and the ability to assess candidate fit for position and company
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism
  • Sense of urgency, prioritization, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in recruiting software, job boards, resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experienced in sourcing passive talent with a resourceful and creative approach
  • Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is preferred
  • Professional Certification in Human Resources is highly desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online file-sharing tools such as Dropbox
