In this role, you will assist with data management and administrative duties within the payroll framework, ensuring that all payroll-related activities are executed promptly. Collaborating with seasoned HR professionals, your contributions will play a vital role in fostering an efficient organization.

A Compensation Administrator is responsible for the administrative and clerical aspects of payroll processing, guaranteeing that employees receive their compensation accurately and punctually.

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, this position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a strong commitment to precision. Your duties as a Compensation Administrator will encompass, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify timesheets
  • Manage payroll processing from start to finish
  • Execute payroll general ledger tasks
  • Assist employees with payroll inquiries

  • Associate's degree
  • Two years of comprehensive payroll processing experience in multi-state settings

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $67,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Annual Bonus
  • Additional potential bonuses: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.

Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:

  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability programs.
  • Paid Company and Floating Holidays: 7 paid company and 2 floating holidays annually
  • Vacation: 2 weeks of accrued paid vacation based on length of service, which may vary by level.
  • Sick and Safe Time: 80 hours annually
