The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the administrative and clerical aspects of payroll, guaranteeing that employees receive accurate and timely compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify timesheets for accuracy
  • Oversee the complete payroll processing cycle
  • Perform general ledger postings related to payroll
  • Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive payroll processing experience in multi-state settings

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $67,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Annual Bonus Opportunities
  • Additional bonus types may include: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.

Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:

  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability programs.
  • Paid Company and Floating Holidays: 7 paid company holidays and 2 floating holidays annually
  • Vacation: 2 weeks of accrued paid vacation based on length of service, which may vary by level.
  • Sick and Safe Time: 80 hours annually
  • Retirement Plan: 401k plan with employer matching
