LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking qualified candidates for a contract Compensation and Benefits Specialist role. This position will involve overseeing and managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, and offering assistance to employees with benefits-related questions.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits management or a comparable HR position.
  • In-depth understanding of federal and state benefits legislation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess data and make informed choices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Compensation: $31.25 to $36.05 per hour


Benefits Offered: LHH provides a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP programs, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our offerings allow employees to select coverage that best suits their individual requirements.
