Territory Sales Manager Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and cultivating existing accounts while establishing new ones to drive sales growth. With a focus on building strong customer relationships, you will analyze market segments to identify opportunities for growth and development.
As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary objective is to provide accurate sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. You will also recommend pricing changes within established guidelines based on market dynamics and competitive analysis.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 + incentives, plus medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day 1, as well as 401(k) and PTO. Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work, and play.
This position requires 3+ years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry. You should have a thorough understanding of the building products industry and sales management experience in dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel segments.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Key skills include strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
