Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support during the Spring tax season in our Lexington office.

This is a temporary, full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble completed tax returns in Adobe format for electronic delivery
  • Develop and maintain expertise in relevant software applications, including Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook
  • Implement efficient filing and storage practices for company documents and records
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients through effective communication and teamwork
  • Perform a range of tasks as assigned, including administrative duties, document management, and equipment maintenance

Essential Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of GoFileRoom is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues
  • A high level of professionalism, adaptability, and discretion
  • Ability to gather and share information efficiently
